When & where are people most likely (or unlikely) to accept Artificial Intelligence and automation when receiving help & support from a company?

We assessed the IT operations for a large, multi-national software solutions sales team by identifying pain points, unmet needs and opportunities for improvement. 

Informed by observation, interviews & contextual inquiry, I re-imagined & protoyped a new watch for track coaches.

We tested a pharmaceutical giant’s career website for accessibility issues, running a lab-based usablity study with participants who had a visual, motor/dexterity and/or cognitive impairment.
